This is just a little something i did on my graphics pad i have for my computer. this is the first in a set of personalized computer desktops that i have done on my graphics pad using ms paint. I chose to use neon colors in this one as a way to try and keep shades such as black and white out of at least on piece of my artwork. although deep in my artistic view i know that black and white as well as grey scale are always necessary to a point in all artwork.
